We don't hand you a script and send you into a Zoom call. Every person on our team has been through the trenches — they've raised their prices, fired bad clients, rebuilt their business from scratch, and come out the other side with real results to show for it.
Before you ever work with a single photographer, you'll go through our full training process. You'll learn our methodology, our frameworks, and how we hold clients accountable. Only then do you earn the right to sit across from someone and tell them what to do with their business.
If that sounds like a lot — it is. That's the point.

Strong communication skills and genuine desire to help others
Availability for consistent client-facing hours each week
Willingness to go through our full training program before working with clients
